Stuart Harding
Group Exercise Instructor and Rock Star Spin® Coach
Born in Nottingham, England, I spent my childhood trying to be the next Gordon Banks before finally trying group exercise in 1998. In the same year I qualified to teach SPIN® and have been presenting multiple classes pretty much every week since. Having continued my education, I am qualified in the delivery of all aspects of indoor cycling including Zone training, breathing Techniques, Heart Rate training, music and class design, Dri Tri, and Spin Power. Finally, in 2020 I achieved the goal of becoming an Elite Spin® Coach, something I am very proud of.
I am also qualified to deliver the studio version of Insanity, a platform that has personally enabled me to reduce my body fat significantly, losing 10kg in 60 days. This is now my go to work out if I feel I need to lose a few pounds and is a program I love delivering for others who hope to enjoy the same fantastic results.
In 2018 I had a right hip replacement. In just 5 days I was on my feet and back teaching SPIN® in just 7 days. I now have advanced arthritis in my left hip but I drive on. The exercise helps with my mobility as well as my mental wellbeing.
It’s fair to say I am obsessed with SPIN® and really pride myself on delivering the very best sessions I can, with an eye for detail that provides a unique experience for all. I am so excited to have the opportunity through Wellbrook Fitness to deliver high quality fitness sessions with my best friend and soulmate Gail.

Gail Harding
Group Exercise Instructor and Kettle Bell Specialist
I have always been into fitness. Having won the Ulster U15 & U18 Triathlon ladies title in 1994 & U18 title in 1995, I went on to compete for Ireland in the junior triathlon championships in 1996.
After choosing a career in hospitality and relocating to England, I found myself managing the catering at one of the South’s biggest leisure centres. Encouraged by the centre manager to complete an Indoor Cycling Instructors course in 2005, my group exercise instructor’s journey began.
In 2012 I became a Kettlercise® instructor and in 2013 completed the H Core Kettlercise® Instructors course along with my Level 2 Gym Instructors course. Wanting to further enhance my knowledge of Kettle Bell and 121 training, I completed my Level 1 Kettle Bell specialist course in 2019.
Empowering others to push themselves out of their comfort zone and create better versions of themselves is my motivation. I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to lead a number of different group exercise classes in both local authority and private leisure facilities over the last 15 years whilst continuing to work in the corporate world but now I want to dedicate all my energy into supporting others to be their best selves.
Along with husband and best friend Stuart, and team dog Ted, we have moved back home to Cookstown to start Wellbrook Fitness, where we aim to support you in being the best version of yourself.
“Gail and Stuart are just the best instructors and I have enjoyed every minute of their workouts. They are incredibly dedicated, knowledgeable, encouraging and very motivating. I have been training with them during lockdown online and definitely do not feel the need to return to the gym as they offer everything I could possibly hope for without needing to leave home and if you can’t make the live class you can catch up at your leisure. They offer a variety of classes with great music for all abilities. I highly recommend them both.”
