Spinning®

This is the market leader in indoor cycling. The program delivers extensive ride experiences targeting Endurance, Strength, Power, Fat Loss, Fitness and Toning using motivational music and coaching that is complete, effective, and additive. Unlike other indoor cycling, SPINNING® was founded by endurance road cyclists and their desire to bring that authentic cycling experience indoors. Our branded SPINNING® Chrono bikes give your Power (WATTS), Speed, Distance, Heart rate and Calorie Count.

Kettlercise®

The single most effective Kettle Bell FAT BURNING exercise class, that uses BSM (Blood Shunt Method) to sculpt and reshape the body. Using light weight Kettle Bells, we perform a range of exercises to work the whole body whilst getting the heart rate up at the same time.

SPINPOWER™

Take your Spinning® and general cycling experience to another level.

We can test and improve your Fitness, Strength and Power, making you a stronger all round cyclist no mater if you’re a Spinner, a performance cyclist or serious about being a better you.

Using or SPIN®Chrono bikes you can take a Personal Spinning Threshold and/or a 20 minute Threshold Test.

From this you will know your Heart Rate Energy Zone numbers as well as you Power Zone numbers, meaning your can train with purpose, full control and remove any guesswork.

Go one step further and let us create a training programme personally for you. Come ride at a time that suits you and follow your programme.

A single test is £20.00 (including a final report to go away with), re-test £10.00. Program creation price on discussion.

Cardio Blast

Focused on getting the heart rate up whilst keeping one foot on the ground. This consists of short bursts of exercise with rest in between and focuses on improving your cardiovascular fitness quickly.

Modifications are available making this class suitable for all abilities.

Low impat HIIT: Group exercise, small group exercise, group fitness, fitness training, exercise
Legs, Bums &  Tums (LBT)

LBT

A low intensity body weight workout targeting the legs, bums, and tums. Squat, lunge, plank and crunch your way to fitness whilst improving your mobility. This class is great for beginners or those returning to exercise or can be used as an active recovery session.

Stretch

A 30 minute session using Yoga inspired moves and holds to improve flexibility, with its purpose being to aid recovery after a session and reducing the risk of injury.
